Allergy Friendly Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Spice Loaf

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (gluten-free flour can be substituted)

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 cup pumpkin purΓ©e

  • 1/2 cup canola oil

  • 1/3 cup water

  • 2 flax eggs

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup dairy free

  • 1/3 cup dairy free chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix wet ingredients. Mix together. Move to greased loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
