Easy Vegan & Allergy Friendly Tzatziki

  • 1/2 a large cucumber, finely grated and drained

  • 1 1/2 cups dairy free sour cream

  • 4 gloved garlic, finely grated

  • 1/3 cup chopped dill

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

  • 2 tbs olive oil

How to make it:

Finely grate the cucumber with the skin on it. Squeeze out extra water. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Pairs awesome with crudite (pictured), falafel, or gyro!
