Easy Vegan & Top 8 Free Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients/How to Make it:
2 cups unsweetened alternative milk
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 tsp food coloring
1 vegan white chocolate bar (for topping)
Blueberries (for topping)
Granola (for topping)
Combine all of the non-topping ingredients in bowl and mix. Mix the chia seeds again after 5 minutes. Then, keep covered in the refrigerator until set. Will be ready in 3 hours. Portion into your favorite dish and decorate!
I melted the white chooclate down and used a mermaid tail mold for this. I added some blueberries and granola before sticking it in.
