Crepes are one of my kids favorite breakfasts! They love them sweet or savory! Adding a little icing makes them a Halloween favorite as well!
What you need:
1 bag Hungry Harry's Pancake & Waffle Mix (or any safe pancake mix)
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup applesauce
3/4 cup oat milk
1 tsp oil of choice
1 tsp vanilla alcohol free extract
What to do:
For these crepes, I used a mix from Hungry Harry's. I prepared the mix according to the instructions on the bag, but I added a little extra water (approx. 1/2 cup), substituted my favorite alternative milk, and used applesauce instead of egg. Then, I preheated my pan, add enough mix for a thin layer. Once the crepe is done, set aside to cool. Once cooled, fold them and use an icing gel pen to draw on them. I added a little powdered sugar and a spider rings!
